We enforce a strict NO REFUND policy for all test slot bookings. Once a payment is made and a slot is confirmed, the amount of ₹29 is completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
You may choose to not attend the test, but no cancellations will be entertained that result in a refund. The slot is locked for you upon successful payment.
In the rare event that a technical error results in a double charge for a single booking, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours. Such exceptional cases will be investigated by our team.
